Service Credits are necessary to use our service from afar (for example for an analysis of printing problems or general consulting services). The use of credits depends on the cost of processing the request:
a) simple request = 50 Service Credits
b) demanding request = 100 Service Credits
c) complex request = 200 Service Credits (in exceptional cases higher)
Different sized packages can be bought. The more credits you buy, the higher the discount!
